Lori Walton, M.Sc., P. Geol., G.G.
Position: President, CEO, Director

L. Walton graduated from the University of Alberta with a M.Sc. degree in Economic Geology in 1987, and holds a Graduate Gemologist diploma from the from the Gemological Institute of America. She is a Professional Geologist with APEGGA and President of Tigerstar Geoscience, a private company providing management and consulting services to the mining industry. She has focused in the areas of finance, project acquisition, management and corporate development and has been responsible for the raising of significant equity funding. Her focus has been on assembling and directing teams of exceptional industry professionals to evaluate and manage early stage to advanced mineral projects in North American and Central America.

Pamela Strand, M.Sc., P. Geol.
Position: Executive Vice President

Ms. Strand is a Professional Geologist with over 25 years experience in the mining and exploration industry and has been involved in numerous corporate transactions involving St. Eugene Mining, Northern Tiger Resources, Kaminak Gold, Garson Gold, Grizzly Diamonds, and Takara Resources. Since 1997 Ms. Strand has held the position of President of Shear Diamonds Ltd., in addition to various advisory roles and director positions with numerous private and public companies. Ms. Strand has a M.Sc. in Economic Geology and is the current President of the NWT & Nunavut Chamber of Mines and is also a Director of the Alberta Chamber of Resources. She was recently profiled as a Deloitte Woman of Influence in 2011 and was a nominee for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2011. She has also received recognition for her environmental and community work in accepting the Thomas Kudloo Memorial Award in 2010 on behalf of Shear for commitment of care for the environment, the NTI Community Award and the Kivalliq Inuit Association environmental award.

 
Ken Powell, DDS
Position: Chairman of the Board, Director

Dr. Powell has over twenty years experience in venture capital projects; from early stage development to market ready innovation. He has specialized in forging strategic business partnerships through public company involvement and commercial real estate developments.

 
John Kowalchuk, P.Geo.
Position: Director

John Kowalchuk possesses more than 38 years of mineral exploration experience with both senior and junior mining companies, working in Canada, US, Mexico and Chile. He was District Geologist for Placer Dome for over 6 years and was instrumental in the discovery of several world-class mineral deposits in Canada including the Howard's Pass SEDEX Zn-Pb deposit on the Yukon/NWT border and the Kerr Copper Gold Deposit at Sulphurets Creek, BC. He is currently a consulting geologist.

 
Greg Hayes, CA
Position: Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hayes, a Chartered Accountant since 1997, is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Firestone Ventures Inc. Working with international and Alberta-based accounting firms, he has serviced clients ranging from small, private businesses to multinational corporations. He is also President, CEO and Director of Northern Tiger Resources Inc.

 
Al Workman, B.Sc., P.Geol.
Position: Consulting Geologist

Al Workman is Vice President of Watts, Griffis and McOuat Limited ("WGM"). WGM is a Toronto-based firm of independent consulting geologists and engineers that has been serving the Canadian and International mining community for over 45 years with expertise in many areas of mineral exploration and mine development. Al Workman has extensive experience in the exploration of carbonate-hosted zinc-lead-silver deposits in many countries. He is a field geologist with experience on deposit evaluation and resource modelling. He has significant international experience managing WGM offices in Yemen and Indonesia and he has worked on and evaluated zinc oxide deposits in Yemen, Iran, Guatemala and Peru.

 
Darren Koningen, P.Eng.
Position: Consulting Engineer

Darren Koningen has over 20 years of global experience in the mining and metals industry and is well versed in mineral process development, feasibility studies, engineering design, project and field engineering, commissioning and plant operations. He has completed numerous metallurgical processing engagements while employed as a Senior Process Engineer with Kvaerner Engineering and Construction and as an independent Metallurgical Consultant. As Manager of Research and Engineering with Metalox International he led new process development efforts directed at the extraction of zinc and other metal concentrates from metallurgical waste streams. Most recently Mr. Koningen was responsible for all engineering activities in the design and construction of two heap leach gold projects in Central America and Mexico.

 
Peter Aubry, B.Sc. (Geology)
Position: Advisor

For 30 years Mr. Aubry has been President of Aubry Consultants Ltd., a private resource consulting company. Mr. Aubry is also President of Bopete Resources Ltd. and Westcal Gas Ltd., both private oil and gas companies. During the period 1978 to 2000 he was co-founder and Director of two Toronto Stock Exchange listed junior oil and gas companies, Zephyr Resources Ltd. and Vero Resources Ltd. and served as Director of Pan Atlas Energy Inc., also a TSE listed junior oil and gas company. Most recently Mr. Aubry was Director of Golden Regent Resources Ltd., a junior mining company involved in exploration in Nevada and overseas.

Mr. Aubry graduated from Michigan Technological University in 1959 with a B.Sc. in Geology. In 1996, Mr. Aubry was inducted into the University's Distinguished Alumni Academy for Geological and Mining Engineering and Geology, Geological Sciences and Geophysics.

 
Jesse Duke
Position: Advisor

Mr. Duke is currently the principal of Ibex Valley Consulting. He was recently the Manager of an environmental consulting firm and Director of Mineral Development for the Government of the Yukon. His expertise involves managing complex multidisciplinary projects, government and First Nations relations, mineral policy and major mine project permitting and licensing. He has extensive experience dealing with public communications, dispute resolution, stakeholder consultations and community relations for major mining projects. Mr. Duke graduated from the University of Alaska with a B.Sc. in Geology. He is a professional geoscientist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia
