| | | Pamela Strand, M.Sc., P. Geol. Position: President
Ms. Strand is a Professional Geologist with over 25 years experience in the mining and exploration industry and has been involved in numerous corporate transactions involving St. Eugene Mining, Northern Tiger Resources, Kaminak Gold, Garson Gold, Grizzly Diamonds, and Takara Resources. Since 1997 Ms. Strand has held the position of President of Shear Diamonds Ltd., in addition to various advisory roles and director positions with numerous private and public companies. Ms. Strand has a M.Sc. in Economic Geology and is the current President of the NWT & Nunavut Chamber of Mines and is also a Director of the Alberta Chamber of Resources. She was recently profiled as a Deloitte Woman of Influence in 2011 and was a nominee for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2011. She has also received recognition for her environmental and community work in accepting the Thomas Kudloo Memorial Award in 2010 on behalf of Shear for commitment of care for the environment, the NTI Community Award and the Kivalliq Inuit Association environmental award.

| | | Keith Barron, Ph.D Position: Chairman and Director
Dr. Barron is an exploration geologist with over 30 years' experience in the mining sector. He has consulted on all the continents except for Antarctica, searching for such commodities as gold, silver, diamonds, uranium, copper, platinum, and industrial minerals. He holds a Ph.D. in Geology from the University of Western Ontario and a BSc. (Hons) in Geology from the University of Toronto. In 2001 he privately co-founded Ecuador gold explorer Aurelian Resources Inc., which was listed on the TSX-V in 2003 and made the Fruta del Norte gold discovery in 2006. The company was bought by Kinross Gold in 2008 for $1.2 billion. He is the founder and a Director of U3O8 Corp. (UWE:TSX-V) exploring for uranium in Guyana, Argentina and Colombia.
In 2008 he was awarded the PDAC's Thayer Lindsley International Discovery Award for his role in the discovery of the Fruta del Norte gold deposit and he was also jointly named the Northern Miner's Mining Man of the Year 2008. Dr. Barron continues his activities through two private companies, Solidus Resource Capital Ltd. and Aurania Resources Ltd. in the search for worldwide mining and exploration opportunities.

| | | Lori Walton, M.Sc., P. Geol., G.G. Position: Director
L. Walton graduated from the University of Alberta with a M.Sc. degree in Economic Geology in 1987, and holds a Graduate Gemologist diploma from the from the Gemological Institute of America. She is a Professional Geologist with APEGGA and President of Tigerstar Geoscience, a private company providing management and consulting services to the mining industry. She has focused in the areas of finance, project acquisition, management and corporate development and has been responsible for the raising of significant equity funding. Her focus has been on assembling and directing teams of exceptional industry professionals to evaluate and manage early stage to advanced mineral projects in North American and Central America.

| | | Terry Tucker, B.Sc., P.Geol. Position: Director
Mr. Terry Tucker, P. Geo. has 25 years' experience in mineral exploration and development projects worldwide. Most recently Mr. Tucker was the CEO and Director of Nyota Minerals Limited (AIM, ASX: NYO) focused on advancing an advanced stage gold project in Ethiopia. Mr. Tucker was also President & CEO and Director of TSX-listed StrataGold Corporation, where he successfully advanced the exploration and development of two gold projects in both Guyana and Canada before the company's acquisition by Victoria Gold Corp (TSX-V: VIT) in June 2009. Previously Mr. Tucker was responsible for a number of exploration projects in northern Canada, including the discovery of the Wolverine Mine gold-rich massive sulphide deposit. His experience includes a number of prominent roles at strategic, operational and corporate levels. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology (Specialization) from the University of Alberta, Canada and is a registered professional geoscientist in British Columbia. Currently Mr. Tucker continues his activities in Europe primarily involved in financial services related to the mining sector.

| | | John Kowalchuk, P.Geo. Position: Director
John Kowalchuk possesses more than 38 years of mineral exploration experience with both senior and junior mining companies, working in Canada, US, Mexico and Chile. He was District Geologist for Placer Dome for over 6 years and was instrumental in the discovery of several world-class mineral deposits in Canada including the Howard's Pass SEDEX Zn-Pb deposit on the Yukon/NWT border and the Kerr Copper Gold Deposit at Sulphurets Creek, BC. He is currently a consulting geologist.

Mr. Hayes, a Chartered Accountant since 1997, is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Firestone Ventures Inc. Working with international and Alberta-based accounting firms, he has serviced clients ranging from small, private businesses to multinational corporations. He is also President, CEO and Director of Northern Tiger Resources Inc.

| | | Al Workman, B.Sc., P.Geol. Position: Consulting Geologist
Al Workman is Vice President of Watts, Griffis and McOuat Limited ("WGM"). WGM is a Toronto-based firm of independent consulting geologists and engineers that has been serving the Canadian and International mining community for over 45 years with expertise in many areas of mineral exploration and mine development. Al Workman has extensive experience in the exploration of carbonate-hosted zinc-lead-silver deposits in many countries. He is a field geologist with experience on deposit evaluation and resource modelling. He has significant international experience managing WGM offices in Yemen and Indonesia and he has worked on and evaluated zinc oxide deposits in Yemen, Iran, Guatemala and Peru.

| | | Edward (Ted) Yates, P. Eng. Position: Advisor
Mr. Yates joined Cominco Ltd. after graduating from Cornell University in Metallurgical Engineering. He was Chairman of Cominco's Mine Supply Committee (Zinc and Lead) for 14 years, spent 11 years on the Council of World Bureau of Metal Statistics, 7 years as an Industry Advisor to the International Nickel Study Group, and 8 years as a member of the Industry Advisory Panel of the International Lead and Zinc study group. Mr. Yates retired from the position of Director, Market Research after spending 40 years working for Cominco Ltd. In 1993 he received the Robert Elver Award for Mineral Economics from the CIM -- "In recognition of his outstanding contributions in furthering the understanding of mineral economics, particularly in the areas of mineral exploration and metal markets." Mr Yates is now president of his own consulting firm, Yates Mineral Consultants Inc. having a focus on base metals. He has consulted for both major and junior mining companies
